Minotaur Lord – Goreruss the Undying
He is my first hand sculpted Minotaur, he’s what I’ve named a Boneskull Minotaur. Main feature is where the skin has peeled back from the muzzle (or the nasolabial plane) exposing part of the skull. He’s turned out way better than I thought, not overly impressed with his original pose, but that has been fixed in Blender as he has been 3D scanned in! Further below are some progress shots of the sculpting & also a render of one of the repose WIPs, with some help & tips reposing from a friend over at Kosmo Miniatures he is definitely taking shape! Goreruss might even make an appearance in one of their games!

The people of the surrounding lands believe that Goreruss’s immortality is bound to a mysterious soul vessel that he guards. Every life he claims is said to strengthen the ancient relic, imprisoning the victim’s soul within its cursed prison. The anguished spirits are forever denied peace, their silent torment feeding the Minotaur Lord’s unnatural existence.
Whether Goreruss is truly immortal or simply an unmatched warrior remains unknown. Few dare question the tales, for the Cursed Dungeon has become a place of no return. Those who enter vanish without a trace, their names eventually forgotten whilst Goreruss endures, waiting patiently to claim the next soul foolish enough to challenge him”.
